Starting July 1, 2010 IBSA will be accepting enrollment for those interested in startup or expanding a small business venture in areas of construction and skilled trades. Training includes preparing a feasibility plan, locating contracting opportunities in the area, identifying financing and partnering with large companies looking to diversify their contracting and procurement.
