GSA Heartland Office of Business and Support Services


The GSA Heartland Office of Business and Support Services (OBSS) is dedicated to identifying bidding opportunities and contracting vehicles for small businesses. The procurement preference categories are: smallsmall disadvantagedSection 8(a)woman-owned smallHUBZone smallveteran-owned small, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.

Vendors are notified of current GSA procurement projects electronically by registering on FedBizOpps (Federal Business Opportunities).

Kansas City's Networking Business Breakfasts

Local entrepreneurs are offered the opportunity to introduce their business to small and large businesses, school districts and universities, as well as local, state and federal agencies. The breakfasts are held the first Tuesday of each month in Kansas City, Missouri.
