Housing Contractor Opportunities
The City of Topeka, KS., wishes to identify Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Roofing, Concrete, Painting and General Contractors who are interested in bidding on residential rehabilitation projects within the City of Topeka. Additionally, HND desires to promote the award of contracts to business concerns which meet the definition of a Section 3 "business concern."
In addition to the above information, Contractors must:

complete certification for Section 3 business concern

complete contractors application

have acceptable job references and experience

have acceptable business qualifications

become licensed in the City of Topeka

have general liability and works compensation insurance as required

attend approved Lead-Paint training prior to bidding projects.
