The shoppette will occupy 2550 sf., Barber shop - 310 sf and a Rear Kitchen for food concessionaire with 133 sf for a total of 3,170 sf plus a walk in cooler - 825 sf. The project renovates an old barracks building, removing existing walls and adding new walls, adding wall finishes, ceiling, lighting. This project will also reconfigure the electrical and mechanical systems. Install AAFES provided food service equip, utility support and install signage and graphics.
