| Bid Information: | Mctech Corp. would like to announce its interest in accepting bids for the following project: Fort Leavenworth Historical Renovation of Building 427 at Leavenworth, Kansas in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Scope of Work: The work includes whole building renovations and modifications for adaptive re use as office space of Fort Leavenworth Building 427 (the historic Riverside Apartments), including upgrades necessary to meet requirements of current building codes, accessibility standards and LEED certification. Included in this scope of work will be the repair of adjacent gazebo and retaining wall. The scope will also include a new parking lot, new utilities, and incidental related work. | ||
