U.G. VENDOR DATABASE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1) Go to our home page at

www.wycokck.org

2) Click on the link titled Vendor Database in the center of the screen

3) Click the link titled

New Vendor Registration on the left side of the page

4) Enter your FEIN or SSN and create a password consisting of a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters

5) Complete all form fields to ensure timely approval of your registration

6) Help links are located throughout the form and additional questions may be sent to
